Diamond dressing roller (also known as diamond dresser) is a grinding tool replacing the diamond finishing pen (knife), a high efficiency, high lifespan, low cost dressing tool. compared to single point finishing pen, the dressing time is much shorter in the process of the nonlinear dressing, and easier to dress a variety of complex forming surface.

The grinding process of the diamond roller is achieved by the relative movement between the rotational movement of the diamond roller and the rotational movement of the grinding wheel. It is widely applied in special machine tools and gear grinding machines for mass molding grinding

Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) industrial synthetic diamond is produced by Chemical Vapor Deposition process. It is polycrystalline structure in translucent light yellow green. However, CVD industrial synthetic diamond is basically identical to the natural diamond on the mechanical property, and its size can be made up to 120mm in diameter, and up to 2.5 mm in thickness. It can be easily processed such as cutting, grinding mirror polishing as required by customers, and it is especially suitable for such trimming processing for single point and multi point finishing pen, roller dressing, blade sharpening, as well as grinding wheel profiling.
