Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) synthetic diamond is made by Chemical Vapor Deposition process and the color is translucent light yellow green. It is recommended to be used as high quality wire drawing die, such as: drawing/pulling soft wires with diameter less than 1.5 mm like copper wire, aluminum wire, etc. and hard wires with diameter less than 1.0 mm like stainless steel wire, tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, etc.

Features: Drawn wires are not easy to be elliptical. They have high purity, high hardness, high thermal stability and high thermal conductivity with excellent performances on high speed drawing.
Compared with polycrystalline compact diamond(PCD) drawing die , it can draw wires less than 0.08 mm which cannot be produced by the PCD, and the smooth finish and lifespan of such drawn wires is better than that made by PCD.
